I am an avid rugby player, I get tackled and tackle others… a lot This leads to my constantly going into recovery mode.
Unfortunately I ended up injuring the LCL and meniscus in my right knee. I had to undergo a surgical procedure. I was introduced to Olistiks Muscle and Joint Lotion during physical therapy.
